Erin is a graduate of the University of the Cumberlands with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She utilizes a Person-Centered approach to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life stressors, and more! Erin's background in movement and biology influences her holistic approach to counseling, addressing the mind, body, and soul during sessions. She enjoys incorporating creativity into counseling alongside evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to build skills and meet the needs of each unique client.
